These speciality course are done in conjunction with our 3 day/2 night liveaboard cruise. The cruise cost component is an additional A$560 and should be added to the course costs shown below. Prices are valid to Mar 31, 2006.

UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY - A$275

Learn how to successfully photograph the excitement, colour and beauty of life under the sea. Two dives need to be done over two days. Cost includes use of camera. Minimum requirement open water certification.

DEEP DIVER - A$175

Will make you aware of the special procedures that are necessary and provide you with the knowledge that will make your deep dives safe and enjoyable. Pre-requisite for this course is the Advanced Open Water Diver course or equivalent. Four dives over two days are required.

NIGHT DIVER - A$175

A detailed look at night diving, the marine life encountered at night, as well as the special techniques and skills that are required to make it an enjoyable and safe experience. Pre-requisite for the course is an Advanced Openwater Diver certificate or equivalent. You only need to complete two dives which will be done over two nights.

SEARCH & RECOVERY - A$175

This course is designed to teach the students the various techniques and skills involved in underwater searching and lifting objects from he bottom by using lift bags. Pre-requisite for this course is the Advanced Openwater Diver Certificate or equivalent. Four dives are required to be completed over two days.

BOAT DIVER - A$175

This course is designed to introduce divers to techniques for diving off various types and size vessels - from large liveaboards to small inflatables. It also teaches you vessel handling skills, seamanship and safety procedures. Pre-requisite is the Open Water Diver course or equivalent.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE - A$260 - Land based Course

A one day course designed to teach you how your diving equipment works and how to correctly maintain it. Pre-requisite is the Open Water Diver course or equivalent.

Note: All prices when combined with 3 day/2night liveaboard (additional cost) include:

• PADI Gold Speciality certification
• 2 x passport photos needed for certification (need to come to training centre to organise)
• Accommodation transfers from Cairns and Northern Beaches
• Comprehensive dive insurance
• 2 nights accommodation on board vessel (all twin cabins) including bed linen
• All meals onboard liveaboard
• All dive equipment including dive computer and prescription mask if needed and long leg wetsuit
